Entrusted with the vital task of maintaining and growing established client relationships, you will delve into understanding their evolving needs, ensuring that they are deriving maximum value from our services. Through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and solution brainstorming, you'll position yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your role will also encompass anticipating potential challenges and addressing them proactively, ensuring that our client relationships remain strong, fruitful, and enduring. As an advocate for the client within Passive Picks, you'll work hand-in-hand with our internal teams to deliver on promises and exceed expectations.

Requirements
