Competitive salary
At Passive Picks, we are committed to ensuring that our compensation package is not just on par, but stands out in the industry. We also give each individual 0.25% equity in the company after their first 2 years being with the company.
Work/life balance
Full-time employees receive 18 paid days annual leave. You'll get one additional day for each year you're with us, up to a maximum of 28 days. Passive Picks also celebrates a number of public holidays and offers paid sick leave in addition to PTO.
