As a Sales Executive at Passive Picks, you'll be the cornerstone of our ambitious growth strategy, acting as the vanguard of our expansion efforts. Beyond just securing new clients, you will also provide continuous value by keeping yourself updated with market trends, attending industry events, and ensuring that our offerings always align with client expectations. Through a combination of data-driven insights and interpersonal skills, you'll be expected to drive and sustain long-term business relationships that not only meet but exceed our revenue targets.
Your role
- Find prospects and leads
- Learn details about our products and services
- Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
- Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives
- Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency
- Identify most important sales KPIs
- Track and monitor your work
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices

- Proven record of successful deals closed
- Good knowledge of digital marketing
- Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
